About the event

Ever feel like you don't know what you are feeling? You're not alone. 

Emotions are energy in motion. But how do we get them to move? Join us for a 90 minute experience where we will learn to untangle our emotional knots and get their energies flowing through us.

What is included in this body and soul experience:

*Please note, this class will be limited to 10 women to allow for a personalized experience.

-We will start with a 45 min semi-private yoga class led by Julia who will also help to adjust and align you.

-This will be followed by a 45 minute guided meditation and journaling practice led by Vrin. We will explore our heart space and start unravelling our emotional knots through visualization exercises.

-We’ll wrap our session with a healthy meal in the beautiful showroom.

Your Yoga and mindfulness teachers Julia Lemetais and Vrin Rao

Julia Lemetais is physiotherapist, yoga, and pilates instructor with over 15 years of experience. Her journey has led her to collaborate with renowned cosmetic brands in France, where she has crafted beauty massage protocols and professional massage techniques. She has had the privilege of presenting these innovations at prestigious surgical conferences and hospitals, as well as sharing her insights with journalists. Additionally, she's a published author of several books, delving into the realms of wellness, beauty, and yoga.

Vrin Rao combines her 20+ years knowledge of the body-mind-ego connection with the teachings of the Enneagram personality framework and yoga psychology to offer insights into our patterns of reactivity and transform them to intentionality. She is also a life-long practitioner of nada yoga (yoga of sound), japa yoga (yoga of meditative mantra recitation), kirtan yoga (yoga of musical mantra meditation) and bhakti yoga (yoga of love). She is also well-versed in tantra and yoga nidra (psychic sleep).
